All items in our shop are made to order unless stated otherwise. Due to the customization of items, there are no cash refunds. Please confirm your order is correct before you place an order.
Items eligible for exchange, must arrive in damaged condition upon arrival. Must have photographic proof of damage on arrival (no exceptions). Email email@example.com with a photo of damaged goods & packaging for an exchange to be considered. Exchanges are only valid for 5 business days after purchase.
To start a exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If your exchange is accepted, you are responsible to cover shipping cost to send item back to Crafty Creations. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
